Biographical Info

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I work with adults (18+)  with varying degrees of depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma —  my specialty is working with individuals who are struggling with having and maintaining healthy relationships, which oftentimes shows up as all of the above. I work from a Truama-Informed approach and I am trained in various trauma modalities. I believe in the importance of pursuing self-awareness to attain and maintain mental wellness and I help my clients do that by utilizing various evidenced based modalities to help them become the best version of themselves.  I utilize EMDR, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT, Internal Family Systems, Solution Focused, and recovery based techniques.
