Biographical Info
As a Master’s Degree graduate in Clinical Counseling with Trauma Studies, I am a passionate Clinical Therapist with 7+ years of experience in the mental health field. My work involves connecting with and counseling a diverse group of individuals in communities of color implementing goals and interventions, as it relates to well-being, emotional/mental wellness, and healthy living. Utilizing a client-centered approach, with tools derived from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based practices, my desire is to not only create a safe space, but to help the individual see themselves as healed while on the journey to becoming whole.
